December of 2020...

 

A good friend was putting together a Holiday Pop up Market at our neighborhood club.  She suggested that I get a booth and sell my pimento cheese. 

​

So I made up 100 tubs and Jodie and I set up shop.  Within an hour we were sold out and word had spread. By Christmas we had sold over 800 tubs of cheese and were off to the races.

​

We used January to get our company established, health code license, company insurance, logos and website etc. to be ready for the Grand Opening on Feb. 1st 2021...which was also my birthday. 

​

We are new to the food business and have a lot to learn...but at the end of the day its so much fun seeing people enjoy our Pimento Cheese!
